Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout guestrooms and public spaces, nightly turndown service, and dedicated Concierge support for both personal and conference needs. The experience also includes access to our BMW fleet for complimentary test drives (based on availability), house car service for drop-offs within a 15-block radius, and preferred access to seasonal events and curated programming.
Service charges for concierge, housekeeping, door, and bell services are included.
Inclusions are subject to change at any time. A daily resort experience fee of $55 plus tax will be added to your guest room folio.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund if you cancel by 4 PM (Charleston local time), at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in. Cancellations after this point will incur a fee of one night&#8217;s stay, plus tax. Early departures will also incur a fee of one night&#8217;s stay, plus tax. No-show guests will be responsible for the full cost of the reserved stay.
